Oak and Ember Healing

Earth’s Medicine, Fire’s Spirit

Healing Begins at the Roots

At Oak & Ember Healing, I blend ancient plant traditions with modern clinical study to share remedies, plant stories, and whole-body wellness guidance. This is a warm, rooted space for anyone seeking a deeper connection to herbal medicine.

Hi,
I’m Cristina

Oak & Ember Healing was created to bring clarity, warmth, and grounded science back into herbal medicine.

I’m a student of clinical herbalism at the Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism. I’m dedicated to making plant-based healing approachable for women, children, and men. My work blends traditional wisdom with modern clinical training, focusing on safety, physiology, and whole-body balance.

As I move through my studies, I will share what I learn—practical herbal education, research-informed recipes, and supportive tools for whole-body and mental wellness, offering evidence-based guidance for women, men, and children alike.

My mission is simple: to help you feel empowered, confident, and connected to the plants that support lifelong wellness.

I’m exhausted. Bone deep, soul weary exhaustion. Every day feels like I’m wading through the same fluorescent lit nightmare, the endless notifications, concrete everywhere, the hum of traffic that never stops, and food that looks perfect but tastes like nothing and overpriced. Modern society promises progress, convenience, connection; but all I feel is drained. Disconnection.…
